Your dog must be healthy, friendly, and meet our vaccination and veterinary requirements for the selected service. To get started, create an account in our member portal. We’ll walk you through setting up your profile, uploading your dog’s veterinary records, and getting ready for your first visit.
For full details on getting started go to our Get Started page.
We focus on consistency, structure, and personalized care. Our team takes the time to understand your dog’s routine, personality, and behavior, creating an experience that feels familiar, safe, and dependable—not just another drop-off location.
Safety is our top priority. In daycare, dogs are carefully grouped by size, temperament, and play style, with active supervision and strict staff-to-dog ratios. Our team receives ongoing training in dog behavior and group dynamics from certified trainers. Outside of daycare, all dogs remain safely leashed, and we use veterinary-grade cleaning products to help maintain a healthy environment. We regularly review and improve our safety protocols to ensure the highest standard of care for every pup.
We keep you connected with regular communication, post-visit updates, and report cards, so you always know how your dog is doing and progressing. You’ll also have webcam access during daycare visits and throughout the day for dogs staying overnight in boarding.

Your dog must be healthy, friendly, and up to date on required vaccinations before attending daycare or boarding services. Required vaccinations include:
- Rabies
- Distemper/Parvo
- Bordetella (commonly referred to as “kennel cough”)
- Canine Influenza (recommended but not required)
We also require a negative fecal test every 6 months. Dogs over 8 months old must be spayed or neutered to continue participating in daycare and should wear a soft collar with a visible ID tag.
Before booking services, you’ll need to create an account, provide your veterinarian’s information, and keep a valid card on file.
Yes, the introduction day is free for local residents and is required before participating in daycare, overnight boarding, or pet sitting services.
During the visit, your dog will join a supervised playgroup so our team can get to know their personality, comfort level, and play style. This gradual introduction helps dogs adjust to the daycare environment in a safe and comfortable way. The introduction includes a full day of daycare during normal business hours, and we highly recommend scheduling it on a Monday or Friday.
After the visit, we’ll provide feedback on how your dog did and confirm whether daycare is the right fit. If daycare may not be the best match, we’ll gladly discuss training, enrichment, or alternative care options that better support your dog’s individual needs.
Every dog begins with an introduction visit to ensure a safe and gradual transition into daycare. After the visit, we’ll follow up with feedback on how your dog adjusted and recommend the best next steps.
To help your dog feel comfortable and confident, we also recommend maintaining consistent drop-off and pick-up times whenever possible. Starting on slower days—especially Mondays and Fridays—is highly encouraged to help ease your pup into the daycare experience.
Dogs are primarily grouped by size, while temperament and play style are also carefully considered to promote safe and positive interactions. All playgroups are actively supervised by trained staff to encourage healthy socialization and maintain a safe daycare environment. Our Daycare Attendants receive ongoing training in dog behavior and group dynamics from certified dog trainers.
Each daycare day is thoughtfully balanced with supervised play, enrichment activities, mental stimulation, and rest periods to help dogs stay happy, engaged, and well-regulated throughout the day.
Safety is always our top priority. Dogs may be redirected, given breaks, or separated when needed to maintain a safe and positive environment. During the introduction day, we’ll ensure your pup is comfortable being handled on a leash, entering and exiting a crate, being touched or picked up by staff, and interacting appropriately with other dogs.
If daycare is not the right fit—either during the introduction process or at any point afterward—we’ll follow up with you to discuss our observations and recommend training, enrichment, or alternative care options that may better support your dog’s needs.
We'll assess the situation immediately and contact
you right away. Your dog may be separated from the group for their own comfort
as well as the safety of the other dogs. If needed, we'll reach out to your vet
or arrange care based on your account authorization. Basic first aid can also
be provided if needed by one of our trained pet care professionals.

We offer convenient door-to-door transportation for daycare dogs within our designated service areas. Please visit your preferred club’s page for specific transportation radius information.

The easiest way to determine what package is right for you is to speak to a Member Advisor. Generally speaking, you should consider the exercise and socialization needs of your dog and your budget. The largest discounts are given to our members who use the service at least 4 times a week. However, there are other great package options available for those who want to use the service 1-3 times per week. You should always plan for the future when considering a package as every package we sell will expire 10 weeks from the date of your first redemption.
With the right package and planning, this should never happen. Every package should be purchased with your utilization in mind. Additionally, if something planned like a vacation comes up or even something unexpected like your dog gets sick, you can suspend your package. Every package you purchase has a one-time courtesy suspension which will extend the life of your package equal to the period of time from the day you suspend it to the day you reactivate it. In the end, PUPS has a use it or lose it policy. If you haven’t planned correctly or suspended your package in a timely manner, you will have to use all of the credits before the expiration date or they will simply expire.
All packages may be suspended one time during the active term of the package. To request a suspension, please contact a Member Services Representative with the date you would like the package to pause and the date you plan to resume services.
Your dog must be friendly with other dogs and people, have up to date vaccinations as required by their age, and be less than 20 weeks old.
Updated vaccines are required based on your puppy’s age and your veterinarian’s recommendations; this should include at minimum Bordetella and the age-appropriate round of Distemper boosters.
No, all puppies of all breeds and sizes are welcome until they reach 20
weeks of age.
Your puppy must be at least 8 weeks of age to participate in the program. They may continue to participate in the program until they are 20 weeks. However, many pet parents graduate their puppies to the daycare program as soon as their puppy has had their rabies vaccination – usually given around 16 weeks of age. If you feel that your puppy has a little more growing up to do before he or she plays with some of the older and bigger dogs in the daycare program, we do offer the option for your puppy to remain in the puppy playcare program until they are 20 weeks old.
We can feed puppies with food pet parents provide per your instructions at the time of drop off. The food you provide for your dog must be packed in a disposable bag with his/her first and last name on it.
Your dog should be comfortable being handled by our grooming team for extended periods and must not have any open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions.
Adult dogs (20+ weeks old) are required to have a current rabies vaccination, and puppies should be up to date on vaccinations according to your veterinarian’s recommendations. Dogs must also wear a collar with a visible ID tag, and a valid credit card must be kept on file before your appointment.
If you have questions about your dog’s comfort level, behavior, or grooming needs, our team is always happy to speak with you and help determine the best approach for your pup.
ou can request a grooming appointment through Gingr by selecting your preferred service, date, and time, or by booking directly with our team over the phone.
Once your request is submitted, our staff will review and confirm the appointment. If your selected time is unavailable, we’ll contact you to help find an alternative that works for you.
Before booking, please make sure your pup is up to date on required vaccinations and that a valid card is on file, or your reservation may not be approved.
Not sure which appointment time is best for your dog? Reach out to our team—we’re always happy to help guide you.
We offer a full range of grooming services tailored to your dog’s individual needs, including baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and brush-outs.
During your first visit, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your preferences, grooming goals, and any special considerations directly with our grooming team to help ensure a comfortable and positive experience for both you and your pup.
We also provide specialty grooming services such as de-matting and shedless treatments. Pricing for these services varies based on your dog’s coat type, condition, and grooming needs, so we recommend contacting our team for a personalized estimate.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled grooming appointment so you have time to review your grooming preferences and any special requests with the groomer. At check-in, we’ll provide an estimated pickup time and send a notification 20–30 minutes before your dog is ready to go home.
To help keep the experience calm and comfortable for your pup, we ask that dogs be picked up within 30 minutes of their completed appointment.
For afternoon grooming appointments, half-day daycare is available as an add-on so your dog can stay active and engaged before their groom.
We take a gentle, patient approach to grooming and tailor each appointment to your dog’s individual comfort level and needs. If your dog has matting or requires special handling, we’ll review available options with you at check-in and provide recommendations to help create the best possible experience.
When booking, our team will discuss your dog’s temperament, coat condition, and grooming needs so we can pair you with the right groomer and schedule the appropriate amount of time for the appointment.
We also offer an Express Groom option—a cageless grooming experience designed for dogs who benefit from a faster, more personalized visit. Express Groom appointments are available during select time slots, so please contact a team member for availability and booking assistance.
An express groom is a one-on-one service designed to minimize kennel time. Your pup’s groom is prioritized and completed as efficiently as possible, creating a more comfortable, low-stress experience. Express groom services are available by request only and may be limited based on location and scheduling.
No deposit is required for grooming and bathing appointments. However, a $45 deposit may be requested for members with a history of repeated cancellations or missed appointments.
If a deposit is required, changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 business hours before your pup’s scheduled appointment time to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Thank you for helping us provide the best service to all our members!
Our core pricing reflects typical coat condition and grooming needs. Variations in coat quality, desired style, or behavior may require additional time and care. When this is the case, your groomer will thoughtfully review any adjustments with you beforehand—ensuring the service is done properly while maintaining your pup’s comfort and ease.
Before your dog’s first overnight boarding stay, they must complete an introduction day of daycare. This helps ensure your dog is comfortable in our environment and is a good fit for our daycare and boarding experience.
To participate, dogs must be healthy, friendly, and up to date on required vaccinations, including:
Before booking, you’ll need to create an account that includes your veterinarian’s information, a local emergency contact, and a valid card on file.
We offer two overnight experiences:
PUPS Sleepovers – a social, open boarding environment with overnight staff
Traditional Boarding – private suites for dogs who prefer a quieter, more independent stay
Our team will help guide you to the best fit based on your dog’s personality and comfort level.
All overnight boarding stays include enrichment-based daycare, structured daily routines, and a safe, supervised environment designed to keep dogs active, engaged, and comfortable throughout their stay.
We also offer transportation between club locations if your preferred location does not provide overnight boarding services.
If your dog is being dropped off at a club that does not offer in-house boarding, we ask that you arrive before 12:00 PM so we have enough time to transport your pup to their overnight boarding location.
If your preferred club does offer in-house boarding, drop-off is available anytime during lobby hours. Morning drop-off is recommended whenever possible so your dog has time to settle in and enjoy a full day of activity before bedtime.
For pick-up, we ask that all dogs are picked up by 12:00 PM. Pick-ups after noon will transition into a half-day daycare visit, which will be added to your stay.
Our boarding services operate 365 days a year, but drop-off and pick-up are only available during lobby hours. Please note that all lobbies are closed to the public on major U.S. holidays.
We create a balanced boarding experience with structured play, scheduled rest, and familiar routines to help dogs stay active during the day and comfortable at night.
You’ll also have webcam access and receive ongoing updates throughout your dog’s stay, so you can feel connected and confident in their care. If you ever have questions or would like an update on your pup, our team is always happy to help.
Yes, please bring enough food for your dog’s entire stay to help maintain consistency with their regular diet and routine. We ask that all meals are pre-portioned in disposable bags and clearly labeled with your dog’s first and last name. Our team will follow your feeding instructions throughout the stay. Please note that unportioned food may be subject to additional bagging fees.
We do not provide lunch unless your dog is a puppy or has special dietary or medical requirements.
There’s no need to bring bedding—our clubs provide plenty of dog beds and blankets for comfort. For safety reasons, we also ask that toys remain at home, as some dogs may become possessive in a group environment.
We are happy to administer your dog’s medications according to your written instructions. All medication directions must be clearly provided and signed by you at check-in so our team can safely follow your pet’s care plan during their stay.
Please note that we are unable to administer injectable medications.
Our boarding program is built around supervised group daycare, enrichment activities, and social interaction throughout the day. While every dog receives attentive care from our team, we are not able to provide dedicated one-on-one supervision, individualized activity schedules, or all-day private accommodations.
Dogs staying with us should be comfortable participating in a group daycare environment during the day and resting in their assigned accommodations overnight. If your pup requires continuous individual care, extended separation from other dogs, or a highly customized care plan, we may not be the best fit for their needs.
If you're unsure whether our program is right for your dog, our team would be happy to discuss their specific needs and help you determine the best option.
The right training program depends on your goals, budget, schedule, and your dog’s age, personality, and behavior.
In-home training is ideal for personalized support, behavior-specific concerns, and strengthening the bond between you and your pup in a familiar environment.
Training during daycare or boarding is a great option for building structure, consistency, and social skills in a supervised group setting—especially for dogs who benefit from socialization and routine.
Not sure where to begin? Our team is happy to help guide you toward the best fit. We also offer private consultations with our trainers to create a customized training plan for your dog’s needs.
Training is a process, not a one-time solution. Some dogs may show progress quickly, while others require more time and consistency depending on the behavior being addressed and the follow-through at home.
Our goal is to build lasting habits and long-term success through consistent training and communication. Because every dog is different, we cannot guarantee specific results within a set timeframe.
Yes—your involvement is an important part of your dog’s long-term training success.
Our trainers will guide you on how to reinforce training at home so your pup can continue building on their progress outside of sessions. We’ll also provide you with helpful resources, tools, and recommendations to support you throughout your dog’s lifelong training journey.
Our training methods are tailored to each dog’s individual needs, personality, and goals. Our trainers use the techniques they believe are the best fit for your pup and will always explain the approach being used and the reasoning behind it so you feel informed and confident throughout the training process.
If you have specific questions or would like personalized guidance, our team would be happy to connect you with one of our trainers for a consultation.
We work with a wide range of behaviors and training goals, including leash pulling, jumping, recall, reactivity, barking, anxiety, and impulse control.
If you’re not sure which training program is right for your dog, our team can help assess your pup’s needs and recommend the best approach for their personality, behavior, and goals.
In-Club Training includes structured training sessions built into your dog’s visit—not just supervised playtime. Your dog works one-on-one with our trainers throughout the day while still benefiting from social interaction, enrichment, and a consistent routine in the daycare environment.
More complex behaviors are often best addressed in the environment where they naturally occur. In-home training allows our trainers to work with real-life triggers and routines, helping create more effective, personalized, and lasting results for both you and your dog.
PUPS pet sitters can pet sit for both dogs and cats.
Your pet will stay at the home of one of our PUPS team members. All PUPS pet sitters are employees of PUPS Pet Club.
You will drop your pet off and check in for pet sitting at the club of your choice. They will then be transported to the pet sitter’s house at no additional cost to you. In most cases, your pet will stay at the pet sitter’s house during the entire stay and then be transported back to the club on the day of check out. However, in some but not all instances when pet sitting for dogs, the pet sitter will bring the dog to and from a club for daycare.
You may check in your pet for pet sitting at the store anytime during club hours.
You may check out your dog anytime during store hours. However, if you check out your dog after 12:00 PM on your day of check out, a charge for daily daycare will be added or if you have a package, 1 credit will be deducted from your package.
During the day the pet sitter will look after your pet. Your pet will be free to enjoy the pet sitters home as if it were their own. The pet sitter may also choose to bring your dog to a club for daycare. Either way, your dog will get plenty of love, attention, and exercise during the day.
It depends. Some of the pet sitters have dogs and other pets. Also, some of our pet sitters will pet sit for more than one pet at a time. If this is a particular concern of yours, please let us know in advance so that we can match you and your pet to a pet sitter that will suit your needs.
Please bring enough food for your pet for his/her entire stay. Please do not bring more food than what is necessary. Food should be placed in disposable bags portioned by meal and marked with their first and last name on it. We also require you to bring a leash as well as a soft nylon or leather collar with an ID tag.
The required vaccinations are Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza, along with a negative fecal exam every 6 months.
We will give your pet medications as per your instructions. The instructions must be carefully written and signed off by you when you check in your pet.
The pets sleep wherever they are comfortable in the pet sitter’s homes. No crates or cages are used for sleeping.
No, we only offer pet sitting out of the homes of our professional pet sitters.
During the holidays, the demand for overnights increases tremendously. In order to ensure your pet is being cared for in the same manner as he/she would during a less busy time, we need to bring in additional resources. The holiday surcharges help us cover the cost of those resources.
When you make a reservation, we guarantee that we will care for your pet during the holidays when you are away. We commit resources to helping us achieve that goal well in advance of the holiday. In addition, since space is limited, we typically have to turn members away. Therefore your pet’s spot means we have to turn away a pet from another member.
Please visit your Club’s page and reference the transportation boundaries. Your club’s General Manager does have the ability to make exceptions to their transportation boundaries. Please inquire with the club’s General Manager if you wish for them to make an exception. Please contact your club’s General Manager to speak to them about making an exception.
All of our transportation is done on foot. We will walk your dog to and from our club.
A One-Way transport is when your dog is transported one time in a day from your residence to a club or from a club to your residence. A Round-Trip when your dog is transported both to and from the club in one day.
The two windows for pickup and drop off are between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. No pickup or drop off time is guaranteed. Therefore, we will not be able to honor a request for a specific pickup or drop off time. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.
Yes, we offer complimentary concierge transport for your dog between clubs for our pet sitting and overnight services exclusively. After you check in at your home club, your dog will be transported to one of our clubs that provides the service for their stay with us. On the day your dog is scheduled to check out, they will be transported back to your home club.
